Your privacy

Sublime Aesthetics Clinic is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

Information we collect and why

We collect personal and health information from you through bookings, consultation forms and appointments. This may include contact details, medical history, medicines, allergies, treatment records and clinical photographs where consent has been provided.

We use this information to:

• Provide safe and appropriate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Communicate about appointments and follow-up care.
• Meet legal and professional obligations.

Storage and sharing

Your information is stored securely and is accessed by authorised personnel. It may be shared with your consent, where required or permitted by law, or with healthcare professionals involved in your care where legally permitted.

Online bookings are managed through Timely. Its privacy information is available at Timely’s privacy policy.

Consent to clinical photographs does not authorise their use in advertising or on social media. Separate permission is sought for promotional use.

Access, corrections and complaints

You can contact Nicolle to request access to your information, ask for a correction, or raise a privacy concern. We will assess and respond to your request in accordance with applicable privacy law.

If you are dissatisfied with our response to a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Booking policy

Booking fees

A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. The amount is disclosed before you confirm your booking and is credited towards your booked consultation or treatment on the day.

Rescheduling with notice

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. With sufficient notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, your booking fee is forfeited. If no booking fee was paid, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked appointment price may apply, where disclosed and agreed at booking.

The booking fee forfeiture and 50% cancellation fee are alternatives and are not charged together. Cancellation charges will not exceed the clinic’s reasonable loss from the cancellation and will be reduced where the appointment is filled or the loss is otherwise reduced. Exceptions required by Australian law apply.

Complimentary consultations have no appointment price from which to calculate a 50% fee.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying subsequent clients. Any fee for a shortened appointment or rescheduling will be explained and must comply with Australian consumer law.

Clinical suitability and consent

All treatments are subject to consultation, clinical assessment and informed consent. Not everyone will be suitable, and treatment may be declined when it is not clinically appropriate or safe. Tell Nicolle about relevant health information before booking and any changes before attending.

If the clinic cancels

If the clinic cancels your appointment, you may choose to transfer your booking fee to a new appointment or receive a refund. This policy does not exclude your rights under Australian consumer law.

Your booking

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you have read and agreed to the booking terms disclosed to you. Booking is not consent to treatment or promotional use of your information or photographs.
