I’m not sure what to book. Where should I start?
Start with a complimentary 30-minute cosmetic or brow & lip tattoo consultation. We can discuss your goals and questions, then work out an appropriate next step.
What happens at my first appointment?
We discuss your goals, relevant medical and treatment history, and your suitability. You’ll have time to ask questions before deciding whether to proceed.
How should I prepare?
Preparation depends on the appointment. Follow the instructions supplied with your booking and contact the clinic if you haven’t received them or have any questions.
Will I receive aftercare advice?
You’ll receive instructions relevant to your treatment, including what to expect afterwards and how to contact the clinic with concerns.
Do cosmetic tattoo appointments include a touch-up?
Brow and lip tattooing costs $499 for the initial appointment. The touch-up is a separate $150 appointment at 6–8 weeks.

What if I need to change my appointment?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee under our Privacy & Booking Policy. Contact Nicolle as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.
