Cosmetic Consultation

Time to discuss your aesthetic concerns and consider individual suitability.

Complimentary · 30-minute consultation

Your consultation is a chance to ask questions and discuss a personalised plan. Treatment-specific preparation and aftercare are provided if a treatment is planned.

Before booking

Health history & suitability

A consultation helps assess your concerns and whether a proposed treatment is suitable. It does not automatically include a procedure.

Do not proceed until assessed

  • If you are acutely unwell, contact the clinic about rescheduling. Urgent symptoms need medical care rather than a cosmetic appointment.

Tell Nicolle before booking

  • A consultation can help identify when treatment is unsuitable. The consultation does not automatically include or approve a procedure.
  • Provide your full medical history, medicines, allergies, previous treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding status and any new symptoms.
  • Treatment-specific contraindications are assessed privately once an appropriate treatment has been identified.

Do not stop prescribed medicines to make yourself eligible for treatment. Medical clearance may be required.

Preparing for your consultation

  • Bring a list of your medicines, allergies and relevant health conditions, along with details of previous cosmetic procedures.
  • Think about your goals and the questions you want to ask. Mention any recent changes in your health.
  • There is no need to apply a pre-treatment cream for a consultation unless specifically instructed.

What to expect

  • Nicolle reviews your goals, relevant history and individual suitability.
  • Personalised options, expected limitations, risks, recovery and costs are discussed. Further assessment, a prescriber consultation or referral may be needed.
  • A consultation does not guarantee treatment or require you to proceed. You can take time to consider the information.

After the consultation

  • You will know the proposed next steps and how to ask further questions.
  • If treatment is planned, preparation and aftercare are provided for that specific appointment. Do not use another treatment’s instructions as a substitute.
  • If your health or medicines change before a later appointment, contact the clinic so suitability can be reviewed.
